COMPUTER OPERATOR

Bahria College Anchorage invites applications for Computer Operator to manage academic data processing and exam records.

The Computer Operator prepares examination mark sheets, processes online FBISE student registrations, formats college publications, manages student databases, and maintains network backups.

Selection is conducted through written screening, typing speed test (min 40 wpm), and Selection Board interview.

• ✓Academic Database Management: Maintain student admission, fee, and academic result databases.
• ✓Examination Data Compilation: Process terminal exam scores, generate computerized report cards, and calculate merit positions.
• ✓Typing & Desktop Publishing: Type official college circulars, newsletters, and examination question papers in MS Word and Inpage.
• ✓Data Backup & Security: Execute daily automated backups of all critical college records on cloud and local NAS drives.

• 💡Advanced MS Excel: Mastery of nested formulas, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, and charts.
• 💡Fast & Accurate Typing: Minimum 40 wpm touch typing in English.
• 💡Hardware Troubleshooting: Basic OS reinstallation, driver setup, and printer/scanner networking.
